You may use this site to browse and buy products for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

If you create an account, the details you give us must be accurate and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign-in uses your email address and password — keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours can appear differently on different screens and small variations are normal in the way items are made. Availability is shown live and can change while you are shopping.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery handling fee are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Shipping is a flat ₹99 and is free on orders of ₹1,000 or more. Cash on delivery is available on orders where the items come to ₹1,000 or less and the delivery PIN code begins with 110, 121, 122, 201, 203, and carries a ₹19 handling fee that is waived when the order already qualifies for free shipping.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where the item is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

In short: orders can be cancelled from My Account until they are dispatched, and returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

The OOV name and logo, the site's design, and all text, photographs and other content on it belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to use it in connection with our products and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
