Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Shipping is a flat ₹99 per order, and free once the items in your order come to ₹1,000 or more. The charge that applies to your order is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. We do not ship outside India.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays, strikes and other events outside our control can extend them.

Cash on delivery is available on orders where the items come to ₹1,000 or less and the delivery PIN code begins with 110, 121, 122, 201, 203 (Delhi NCR). A handling fee of ₹19 applies, waived when the order already qualifies for free shipping. All other orders are prepaid.

Please check your delivery address and phone number before confirming an order — the courier uses both. If you need to correct them, email support@oovlifestyle.com with your order number straight away; we can amend an order until it is dispatched.

If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was incorrect, the courier will normally re-attempt. Parcels that cannot be delivered are returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund.

Signed-in customers can see every order and its current status under My Account. If an order isn't listed there, use Order Lookup with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
