Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or create an account; the contents of messages you send us; and any addresses you save to your account.

Information about your orders: what you bought, what you paid, the delivery status, and any return or cancellation you request.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you move through the site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. Those are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout and never reach our systems.

To take, process, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns, cancellations and refunds.

To create and secure your account, including sending one-time passwords for sign-in.

To send you transactional messages about your orders — confirmation, dispatch, delivery and refund updates.

To answer your questions when you contact support.

To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and your wishlist — and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the site will not work correctly without the necessary ones.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the shop, and only to the extent they need it:

Payment providers, to take payment and process refunds. Razorpay is our payment gateway.

Delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel.

Our hosting, database and content providers — Vercel, Supabase and Sanity — which store the site and its data on our behalf.

Analytics providers, which receive usage data about the site.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them, which for tax and accounting purposes in India is generally at least eight years. Account information is kept while your account is open. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for resolving your query.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to customer data is restricted to the people who need it, and payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can update your name, phone number and saved addresses yourself under My Account. To make any other request, email support@oovlifestyle.com from the address on your account.

Some information cannot be deleted on request — completed order records, for example, which we are legally required to retain.

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date it was last updated is shown above.
