Shipping

How much does shipping cost?: Flat ₹99 across India, and free on orders of ₹1,000 and above.
When will my order ship?: Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer cash on delivery?: Yes, on carts up to ₹1,500 before shipping, delivered within Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Pick it at checkout and pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Everywhere else, and above that, checkout is prepaid.
Is there a fee for cash on delivery?: ₹19 per order, waived whenever your order already qualifies for free shipping. The fee is shown at checkout and is part of the amount you hand the rider.

What is your returns policy?: Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?: You can cancel from your account any time before the order goes out for delivery. Once it's on its way, request a return instead.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?: Most styles are restocked. Contact us at support@oovlifestyle.com and we'll tell you when that colourway is back.
